Congrats to Miss Angola Leila Lopes for winning the contest of Miss Universe 2011. The 25 year old was crowned in Sao Paulo beating 88 competitors. It was also the 60th annivesary of the worlds biggest beauty pegeant. She'll take over from Ximena Navarrete of Mexico who won last year. Africa doing it again. HALALA
